Born and raised in Hong Kong before migrating to Australia for further study at RMIT and completing a Bachelor of Applied Science major in Cartography and Computing.
Upon graduating, Warren went on to Survey and Mapping Victoria and Land Titles Office for 7 years where he learned how land in Victoria was surveyed, subdivided and developed. He was heavily involved in was Dockland realignment and subdivision project.
Warren ventured into computing and worked as a network engineer before moving into technical sales exercising his computing background, social skills and people oriented character.
Warren was awarded for the best HP sales person of the year in year 1999 and led 4 of his staff to England for the Ruby world cup event for 4 days. His outstanding and salesmanship skills, authenticity and truthfulness towards people earned him many loyal customers and clients whom he served for over many years.
With his years of previous sales experience, Warren likes challenges so he moved onto Real Estate. Despite his variety of work over the years, one thing has remained true – his strong work ethic, integrity and exceptional care towards every client. You will definitely see something different with Warren’s approach and his fresh, warm and honest way of serving clients.
When Warren is away from the work desk he is passionately involved in table tennis, his aim is to join the veteran team to represent Victoria State and maybe Australia. On the occasional weekend, when Melbourne weather allows, Warren enjoys fishing inland and at the estuary.
