Jay Warnak

Born, raised and still living within Burwood East, Jay knows the Monash/Whitehorse area like the back of his hand. 

Bringing to the Ray White Mount Waverley team 15 years of parallel business development, particularly within the Oncology healthcare sphere, Jay has the ability to listen and empathise with absolute patience and care. This enables Jay to create a complete customer journey. 

With sharp negotiation and impeccable communication skills, Jay has the ability to bring a high amount of energy and positivity to each of his clients and their sales journey. We are proud to have Jay a part of our Ray White Mount Waverley team and enjoy having his bright spark light up the office and our clientele. 

Outside of the office, Jay enjoys spending time with his young family and Sproodle, Apollo. He is also a fitness advocate that prides himself on hitting the home-gym daily.
