Julia Ciinean is a seasoned professional in the field of Human Resources, bringing extensive experience to her role at Ray White since May 2020. Born in Melbourne, Julia had the unique opportunity to spend her childhood living across Europe, specifically in Romania, Austria, Russia, and Serbia.

Driven by her passion for education, Julia attended Monash University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Primary and High School Education. She furthered her studies at Swinburne University, focusing on Human Resources Management, and also holds an Agent's Representative Certificate. 

With a strong background in recruitment and leadership, Julia worked for the renowned global recruitment agency Randstad for 5 years before joining Ray White. Her roles ranged from Team Leader to Principal Recruitment Consultant and Assessment Center Specialist within the company's Fortune 500 division.

Julia is characterized by her passion, loyalty, and vibrant personality. She thrives under pressure, consistently delivering exceptional results and demonstrating her dedication to success.
