Nathan Merigoux

Nathan is a driven and energetic real estate professional who is passionate about building a long-term career in the property industry. Currently completing a Property degree at Deakin University, he combines strong industry knowledge with a proactive, client-first approach.
He genuinely enjoys building strong relationships with clients and takes pride in really getting to know the people and community of Mount Waverley. What sets Nathan apart is his authenticity and integrity - he believes that putting clients first is the foundation of great service and long-term success.
Outside of work, Nathan maintains a disciplined lifestyle through gym training and Muay Thai, and he has a background in rowing, where he developed much of his focus, resilience, and work ethic. With a French and Malaysian background, Nathan brings a well-rounded, culturally aware perspective to his role and connects easily with people from all walks of life.
